here at Cocoa, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, using only the finest quality ingredients and making our products in small batches to ensure our belgian chocolate creations are top quality.

during the summer months, and when shipping to climates 70°F and higher, cocoa recommends shipping overnight with AM delivery and ice packs to guard against melting. if you choose not to use this option, melting may occur, and the customer is held responsible for loss of product.

we’re sorry, but cocoa is unable to accept any open product for return. If the product is unopened, you may exchange the product, or request a refund.
